Church Plant
We are starting a new church in the Streetly, Walsall, North Birmingham area of the West Midlands. The church will be a Vineyard planted out of Vineyard Network Church Birmingham. We are in the beginning stages - praying, planning and pursuing God! Keep your eyes peeled for updates.

Uganda
It was amazing! We had such a good time ministering to Kampala International Church (KIC).

The atmosphere in Uganda is charged spiritually with the Lord’s Presence. We prayed at the Equator, having prayed at the southern most tip of Africa on our trip to South Africa.

Uganda is a beautiful country blessed with a lovely climate.

It reminded me of the scripture in I Corinthians 16:8,9 “I will remain in Ephesus until Pentecost, for a wide door of opportunity for effectual service has opened to me there, a great and promising one, and there are many adversaries.” The land seems to be marked with the redemptive gifts of worship and revelation. Church activity is abundant and Christianity seems accepted everywhere. In the midst of all this openness there is opposition in the spirit. There is idolatry and divination rampant in the country. A counterfeit of what God loves to do there. We need to pray for the people that their eyes remain open to all that the Lord is doing and not to become complacent or deceived by the opposition.
South Africa
The Cape Town region is so beautiful, absolutely gorgeous. Everything appears prosperous and booming, yet looks can be deceiving. There is much unrest below the surface and we need to be vigilant to pray for the nation. Only God’s grace can stop it from exploding. Pray for reconciliation, humility and repentance to flow within the nation.
We prayed at Cape Aguilas, the southern most tip of Africa, for the continent as a whole.

We then prayed at Cape Point/Cape of Good Hope, which was considered the southern most point initially, for South Africa.

We also felt that we needed to pray in the lion’s den. Our friend thought it could be Cecil Rhodes Memorial.

We also prayed around the Cape Town Football Stadium. Our initial sense in going was the World Cup and possible terrorist activities occurring. We followed that up with making proclamations of the Lord’s good intentions for the nation from Table Mountain.

This picture is taken from a walking trail along the side of the mountain which is massive.
